The Adizero Evo SL is a shoe that keeps on giving.

In little more than a year, Adidas has already delivered countless colorways (including two with Pharrell Williams and one with Bape); a variant with a woven upper; another reinforced with an exoskeleton; an ultrabudget spinoff; and an all-terrain version for light gravel.

It looks like that was just the beginning.

Now the beloved super trainer receives its most rugged redux yet in the form of the Terrex Agravic SL, a mashup up the Adizero Evo SL and Terrex Agravic Speed Ultra 2.

That means the new model features a midsole comprised entirely of Lightstrike Pro, a super foam renowned for its longevity, addictive bounce and lightweight properties; the Terrex Agravic SL has a listed weight of 9.84 ounces.

There’s also a wider-than-average Continental rubber outsole, equipped with a combination of 3.5mm and 4mm lugs for secure grip on variable terrain.

Elite features, everyday prices

Notably, the Terrex Agravic SL adopts the dynamic rocker geometry of the Terrex Agravic Speed Ultra 2, designed to deliver a smooth, efficient ride underfoot without the assistance of a plate or rods.

The Terrex Agravic SL goes for $160, a far cry from the MSRP of the Terrex Agravic Speed Ultra 2 ($225).

In short, it attempts to do exactly what the Adizero Evo SL has accomplished since 2024, only this time for the trails.

By pairing a full slab of Lightstrike Pro with a capable outsole and accessible price tag, Adidas is challenging the notion that super shoes have to be super expensive.

Availability and pricing

The Terrex Agravic SL is available now for $160. It comes in a handful of launch colorways, including “Halo Green,” “Frozen Lemon” and more.
