Eenk Studios is the in-house design studio and creative direction wing of Eenk, the Seoul-based womenswear label founded in 2015 by Lee Hyemi (이혜미) after her Royal College of Art training. Where the main Eenk line handles ready-to-wear distribution, Eenk Studios runs the brand's collaborations, capsule projects, and the experimental fabrications and silhouettes that test future-season directions before they graduate into the main collection. The Eenk vocabulary—asymmetric tailoring, oversized blazers cut with feminine drape, knit dresses with sculptural neckline detailing, and a recurring use of pleat geometry that draws as much from Korean traditional dress as from European deconstruction—gets pushed harder through the Studios program. Studios pieces include the brand's runway-only silhouettes from Seoul Fashion Week, the artist-collaboration capsules with Korean visual artists like Park Yeonhee and the brand's seasonal Seoul-only "Eenk House" presentations that combine furniture, ceramics, and fashion in a single retail-installation context. Eenk's broader market position got built up through Seoul Fashion Week presentations, Joh & Co's Boon the Shop department store concession, and selective international wholesale into Tokyo's Restir, Paris's L'Eclaireur, and SSENSE's Korean designer program. The Eenk Studios sub-channel functions as the brand's R&D and storytelling vehicle, with the more polished pieces eventually migrating into mainline retail and the more experimental ones staying in limited Seoul-only distribution. The result is a layered brand architecture that lets Eenk serve both the global Korean-design buyer—who comes through SSENSE and Boon the Shop expecting a refined version of the language—and the Seoul native who follows the Studios drops as collector territory.
