Jordanluca
JordanLuca was founded in 2018 in London by Jordan Bowen and Luca Marchetto, a British-Italian menswear designer duo who met while studying at Central Saint Martins. The brand's foundational thesis was specific: produce a London menswear vocabulary that drew explicitly on 1990s European rave culture, deconstructed Italian-tailoring traditions, and the post-punk visual language of the Manchester and Berlin underground music scenes.
The JordanLuca vocabulary settled around several recurring elements: deconstructed Italian-mill wool tailoring with deliberately asymmetric cuts, washed-leather outerwear with hardware-anchored detailing, the brand's signature 'Stained' jean series (deliberately bleach-and-acid-washed denim that became a viral cultural moment in 2022 — the 'pee jeans' as social media named them), washed-cotton workwear shirts, and a colour palette anchored to washed black, charcoal, indigo, oxblood, and the brand's recurring acid-yellow and white. The brand has presented on the London Men's calendar each season since 2019.
The brand is independent and held by Bowen and Marchetto. JordanLuca operates with no permanent retail of its own, distributing through SSENSE, MR PORTER, MATCHES, Dover Street Market, Antonioli, GR8, the Hostem London concept store, and a small set of carefully chosen luxury specialty retailers globally. The brand has been one of the more culturally visible London menswear debuts of the post-2018 generation, with the Stained denim moment of 2022 producing one of the more memorable cultural-conversation pieces in the post-2020 menswear-design conversation.
